Planning Approved - Bespoke luxury dwelling in Cawston, Rugby.

As we approach three-years since professional appointment, Unity Architects is delighted to announce planning consent has been granted for the creation of a new dwelling in Cawston, Rugby.

The massing image shows the key moves we originally made, taking a solid block and strategically manipulating it, responding to the site-specific opportunities and constraints.

The outcome was a split and shifted mass, enabling us to maximise the footprint of the proposed dwelling.

The massing and foot-printing process naturally developed the project concept; a relationship and dynamic between two adjacent masses.

Positive and negative. Light and dark. Masculine and feminine. An entwined relationship that creates intrigue as you move through the spaces. Two halves inseparably linked for the creation of a harmonious dwelling.
