PEOPLE
Jason Laity [Founding Director and Principal Architect] has enjoyed diverse project involvement throughout his architectural career, which has included national and international works of significance and introduces a design-led approach to all projects undertaken by Unity Architects.
His RIBA certified qualifications in the field include a First Class Degree in Architecture and a Diploma in Architecture with Distinction. Jason is a registered architect with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
Sector experiences include Retail & Leisure, Residential, Logistics, Hotels, Culture & Community, Offices and Retrofit.
Jason consistently strives to create fascinating architectural interventions and has generated a reputation as a visionary high end residential architect throughout Leamington Spa, Warwickshire and the wider West Midlands region.

COLLABORATION
Collaboration and communication is at the heart of everything we do. The depth and complexity of architecture can frequently require the attention of numerous disciplines, all interacting for the greater good of your project and we have many years of experience when it comes to assembling, organising and orchestrating collaborative working.
All great projects are dependent upon a wealth of input from a variety of sources and stakeholders. We believe that everyone has an important and influential role in the creation of architecture, this begins with the requirements of the client and end-user, and continues with complimentary members of the project team, planners, engineers, ecologists and contractors.
For large-scale projects, the extents of collaboration can be vast but even for the smallest of schemes, the quality of communication, the clarity of information and the desire for all members to be collaborative is essential.

COMMITMENT
Unity Architects has an established Quality Management System (QMS) in place as part of its typical day-to-day workings. All RIBA chartered practices are obliged to maintain and properly implement a QMS and to this end, each of our clients will benefit from a Project Quality Plan that is unique to the requirements of their project.
This reinforces our commitment to the highest standards set in architecture via the Royal Institute of British Architects and importantly, our commitment to our clients, ensuring they receive a dedicated and professional service.
