A delightful private residential project in Leamington Spa, where the clients wanted to completely reimagine their existing dwelling on Cubbington Road. The property had previously been subjected to poorly conceived alterations by others, resulting in a fragmented layout. Unwanted fractures existed between dining, food preparation, and social spaces, creating awkward pinch points—particularly upon the arrival and congregation of guests.

We implemented a central circulation axis—a 'spinal strategy'—that eliminated sticking points and efficiently linked the front of the home directly to the private rear garden. In addition to structural space planning, careful assessment of natural light ensures optimal penetration while mitigating unwanted solar glare.
