Unity Architects embark upon a new conservation project in Royal Leamington Spa Conservation Area 30 - New Milverton.

Unity Architects has been appointed upon a new conservation project in Royal Leamington Spa, following the acclaimed York Road transformation.

The property is located within Area 30 – New Milverton and was previously owned by an architect who had strategised and implemented alterations to the building.

Whilst the current owner and client of Unity Architects associates some success with the previous works, there is requirement to customise the dwelling to reflect the specific needs of the family.

We look forward to developing the Initial Project Brief, responsive concept design and sensitive modification to this part of the conservation area.
